Double Nickel Brunch & Event space

Absolutely an amazing spot. Atmosphere was great. You wouldn't know it was there if you didn't know. But it is definitely worth a look. Right in the heart of downtown right by the casino. A great brunch. Great food definitely will be back

I am not from Cleveland and found the Double Nickel through Yelp, and I was not disappointed! It was so good that we went there two times during our five days here! We had Tasha as a server both times and she was fantastic!! The first time we ordered the 55 which was two eggs any way, toast, breakfast potatoes, and bacon! It was phenomenal! Was too hungry to take a picture! The second time we got the French toast and the 24k pancake, SO GOOD! If I ever visit Cleveland again, I will definitely come back to this place!!

My friend and I came here last minute after our usual brunch spot had a 45 min wait. We were able to walk in Sunday morning with no wait. Carly was our servicer and she was AMAZING! It was clearly very busy but she still did a great job taking care of us. I got the double nickel burger and it was soooo good. Instead of fries, I got the breakfast potatoes which were genuinely the best breakfast potatoes i’ve ever had. We also split one of their specials which was the blueberry french toast pudding which was sooooo good as well. They have a whole mimosa menu which is great for those who love mimosas. Would definitely recommend if you’re in Cleveland!! Thanks Carly!

Best brunch spot in the city!! Food was so good that people were waiting outside in line to get in. Worth making a downtown trip to try this place out. I ordered the catfish plate and a side grits. Friends ordered crab cakes, salmon cakes, and spinach o.lette. the Mississippi Catfish was season to perfection and grits were creamy and buttery. They even make a home made house jam that is amazing!!

Visiting from Charlotte NC and this food is so good. Seasoned to perfection. The potato’s , French Toast and Catfish are amazing. French Toast is the best. Service was great and the food comes out in a timely manner.

I came to Cleveland for work and stumbled upon this GEM! I own a Lounge/Bar in California and I’d be lying if I didn’t steal some ideas.If Double Nickel was a Franchise, I’d buy in. The food amazing, service amazing, staff beyond friendly! All the ladies picking up their drinks to serve at the well station were all smiles, friendly and talkative. The new bus boy was on point and asking how things were and extremely helpful to all.Now Jessica who was behind the bar, handling it like a boss! She was very attentive to all guest at the bar top and ran it as if she was the owner. There point of sales froze at the worst possible time, but she didn’t stress, smiled, and took care of business in the most polite and professional way.Definitely a staple in the making for Downtown Cleveland. I’ll be back!

Seen this posted on my timeliness and wanted to check it out! I was not disappointed! Cute space very comfortable and clean! Love the music vibes. We visited on a Thursday it wasn't crowded at all!Service was fast and friendly! Would definitely recommend it.We had their shrimp and grits with a side of potatoes, and the salmon croquettes both dishes were delicious! Definitely will be back!

Wow, was skeptical when we came in. Yes we waited a bit to be seated, but was a busy Saturday. Once we sat I ask the waitress to recommend between the gumbo and shrimp and grits. I ended up getting the shrimp gumbo w a side of grits! It was EXCELLENT! Service was outstanding! Place was awesome!!!
